My approach to all of this boils down to three big ideas:

Progress, Not Perfection. I remind myself of this one constantly. Small changes add up and make big impact. Whether it's lifting heavier, eating better, or just feeling good day-to-day, steady progress matters way more than perfection.

Step Outside Your Comfort Zone. Growth happens when you're willing to be a little uncomfortable. Trying something new, pushing yourself, or just sticking with it when it's hard. That's where the magic is.

Be kind to yourself. Listen to your body, take rest days when you need them, and celebrate every little win along the way.
